Venue pricing
The venue rental fee is based on the size of the space and the duration of the booking.
The final total price, including tax, is always displayed before the booking is confirmed. The consumer price includes 25.5% VAT. The price excluding tax is displayed alongside it for corporate customers. Different tax rates may apply to catering and other services.
Venue hire
The price does not depend on the number of attendees or the table layout. The minimum booking duration is 30 minutes, and this price list does not specify a maximum booking duration.

Venue hire is charged for each commenced 30-minute period. The price of one period is half the hourly rate shown in the table. For example, 45 minutes of use is charged as two periods, equal to the one-hour rate. VAT is calculated on the booking's total price excluding VAT, after which the consumer price is rounded to the nearest cent. The final price including VAT is shown before the booking is confirmed.

Surcharges applying to the same period are cumulative. The applicable percentages are added together, and each surcharge is calculated from the standard venue hire rate shown in this price list, not from another surcharge. For example, on a Finnish church holiday between 22:00 and 06:00, the +100% holiday surcharge and the +50% night surcharge apply. The total surcharge is therefore +150%, and the charge is 250% of the standard venue hire rate. If the same period also falls on a Sunday, the +50% Sunday surcharge is added. The booking service itemises the surcharges and shows the final price including VAT before the order is confirmed.

General conditions of the offers
- The discount is calculated from the standard venue hire rate shown in this price list.
- The discount applies to venue hire from 06:00 to 22:00. Catering and other services are charged separately.
- Offers cannot be combined with each other, contract rates or other benefits.
- A seasonal offer applies only to events held during the stated period.
- Changes and cancellations are governed by the Booking and Delivery Terms.
Catering and other additional services
Prices for catering, tableware, staff, technical services, cleaning and security arrangements are provided before the order is placed. An optional service will not be added to a booking unless expressly selected by the customer.
Customers must agree in writing in advance on arrangements for their own catering, alcoholic beverages, the serving of alcohol and any stewarding. Any required permits and security arrangements are assessed according to the nature of the event.
Total booking price
The total price consists of the following items booked or accepted by the customer:
- venue hire for the booked period
- all applicable night, Sunday and holiday surcharges
- selected catering and additional services
- any separately accepted delivery or payment-method charges
Before a binding order is placed, the order summary shows the services, discounts, surcharges, taxes and total amount payable.
Payment methods and price changes
- Consumers are offered at least one commonly used payment method free of charge.
- Consumers are not charged an additional fee for payments made with Visa or Mastercard.
- Any fee for an optional invoicing method is shown before the payment method is selected.
- A fee of no more than the legally permitted €5 is charged for a payment reminder concerning a consumer debt.
- Changes to this price list apply to new bookings. The price of a confirmed booking will not be changed unilaterally.
