Meeting Park offers its customers predictable fixed "all inclusive" monthly contracts, which also include all basic services such as reception and customer service, cleaning, basic technical support, 24-hour security, color copies, scans, faxes, giga internet access with backup connections, shared kitchens, showers, changing rooms, lounge facilities, possible address service and mail handling, and selected access to meeting and training facilities free of charge.
Meeting Park has uniform and very simple open pricing for all locations. The same prices and conditions for meeting and workspace facilities apply to all locations, both for casual and contract customers.
Meeting Park normally serves all corporate customers also outside of office hours by prior booking 24/7, for example at night, on weekends and on public holidays.
Normally, the reception of the offices is always open on weekdays from 07:00 to 19:00, and when there are external occasional customers at the office, for example for meetings. Possible exception times will be announced separately.
All contract customers have free 24/7 access to all Meeting Park common areas and the customer's own premises.
