ALL INCLUSIVE
Meeting Park offers its customers predictable fixed "all inclusive" monthly contracts, which also include all basic services such as reception and customer service, cleaning, basic technical support, 24-hour security, color copies, scans, faxes, giga internet access with backup connections, shared kitchens, showers, changing rooms, lounge facilities, possible address service and mail handling, and selected access to meeting and training facilities free of charge.
UNIFORM OPEN PRICING
Meeting Park has uniform and very simple open pricing for all locations. The same prices and conditions for meeting and workspace facilities apply to all locations, both for casual and contract customers.
OPEN 24/7
Meeting Park normally serves all corporate customers also outside of office hours by prior booking 24/7, for example at night, on weekends and on public holidays.
Normally, the reception of the offices is always open on weekdays from 07:00 to 19:00, and when there are external occasional customers at the office, for example for meetings. Possible exception times will be announced separately.
All contract customers have free 24/7 access to all Meeting Park common areas and the customer's own premises.
EARN 50% COMMISSION ON YOUR OWN SPACE
The vacancy of your own workspaces and rooms (free time) can be subleased by Meeting Park, which allows the customer to further increase the efficiency of space use and reduce their own fixed costs, and even earn their own vacant workstations and / or rooms.
For subleasing the customer's rooms and workstations, Meeting Park will reimburse 50% (commission) of the hourly rent charged from the client on a monthly basis. The customer is not entitled to sublease their premises (spaces / rooms) independently without Meeting Park's prior writen approval.
All facilities (rooms, workstations) are located either on the so-called semi-public side, or on the more secure private side used by all customers, which can only be accessed by Meeting Park contract customers. Thus, one's own premises on the semi-public side can be rented to all customers when the location is open, but premises located in a private area can only be rented to other Meeting Park contract customers who already have e.g. access rights and free 24/7 access to public spaces and are thus also subject to, for example, a general NDA.

GENERAL CONFIDENTIALITY
For Meeting Park customers, a secure and confidential operating environment is vital, especially as the business becomes more knowledge-intensive and international.
That is why all of Meeting Park's monthly customers, tenants, staff and subcontractors commit to the same principle of confidentiality (non-disclosure agreement) - the only operator in the Nordic countries.
Semi-public meeting and teleworking facilities are also available to occasional customers and guests during normal opening hours without contractual obligations.
Meeting Park also meets the safety requirements of Finnish and international authorities.
EXCHANGE RIGHT
The well-being of our customers has always been a priority for Meeting Park. Therefore, we offer the possibility to change rooms, spaces and locations as the need changes. Existing tenants always have the privilege of vacating premises both within the same office and between offices on a seniority basis.
At Meeting Park FORUM, it is also possible to move to larger Sponda Plc premises without the need to give up the services and benefits of Meeting Park.

Yes - by prior arrangement we are open 24/7 - also on holidays. Normally, our staff serves the Forum office on weekdays from 07:00 to 19:00.

Yes - our staff is on site to receive and guide customers whenever the office is normally open or by reservation. Loyal customers (Contract Customers) can meet and use the reserved premises independently around the clock with their own keys.

Yes - we have a lot of different adapters for connecting computers and pads to monitors and video guns (HDMI), but if you have your own adapters, we recommend that you bring ;-)

Recommended but not necessary. You can rent a basic PC presentation machine from us for the occasion, but we always recommend using your own computers, e.g. for security reasons.

Yes - all of our meeting rooms are capable of video conferencing and webinars (e.g. Youtube). Some meeting rooms come standard with Polycom's or Cisco's genuine Full HD video conferencing systems. You can also participate in video conferencing via an Internet browser from your own computer, pad or mobile phone. We are also Helsinki's largest provider of video conferencing facilities and services - with 7 years of experience.

Yes - we always have a 24/7 on-call technical expert who is on hand in a few minutes if needed. Technical support can also be ordered separately to be on site for the duration of the event - for example, during a webinar.

- facilities over 40 m2: € 100.00 / hour or € 150.00 / hour without catering.
All REMOTE WORK SPACES are also divided into two (2) price categories;

- Workstations (table space): 10.00 € / hour

Yes - we offer full service catering. For example, lunches can be enjoyed in the conference rooms, outside the meeting rooms in the lounge area or in restaurants in the immediate vicinity - for example in the Forum inside the same house. We do not sell alcohol ourselves, but it is possible to organize it for private events, for example.

Yes - we are not jealous ;-) Guests can take advantage of their own catering suppliers and bring their own snacks and drinks. If necessary, you can also rent things and cleaning, as well as catering.
What are the customer's responsibilities and obligations?keyboard_arrow_up
The customer is obliged to protect the premises and furniture he leases from damage. The Subscriber shall be liable for any damage caused to the property or movable property by the Subscriber's equipment, staff, performers or meeting participants. The customer is also responsible for the equipment and movable property he brings. The customer undertakes to follow the instructions of our staff in matters concerning the use of the house and furniture and equipment. The subscriber must nominate a person responsible for the event.
