Started as a spin-off of a regional business development company, the independent Finnish-owned growth company with a functioning management is an absolute pioneer and innovator in its field - already since 2011 .
More than 100,000 reservations and 4,000 business customers
Meeting Park already serves more than 4,000 high-level domestic and foreign companies and organizations annually for more than 10,000 reservations. Since 2011, we have provided the framework and expertise for more than 100,000 different and demanding meetings, events and congresses - always customer-oriented and completely confidential and secure.

Background
About the business's own needs
Business Meeting Park Oy was founded in November 2010 as a spin-off of the provincial business development company Kainuun Etu Oy. In that case, it was decided to separate the operational base of Kainuu companies established in August 2008 into its own fully independent private company.
In connection with incorporation, the definition and productization of the new Meeting Park concept was carried out based on previous experiences, where ease of operation, speed, flexibility and the safety requirements required by those operating internationally were key.
From the very beginning, the company's goal has been to provide the business world with a safe, versatile base that meets international standards, where one could hold meetings, do remote work and get the necessary premises to facilitate expansion, for example.
The company has since opened nine (9) offices, as well as assisted in the development of new similar concepts.
The company's unique concept developed and refined under the conditions of business life has proven its functionality. To date, the company has provided the framework for more than 100,000 events and more than 4,000 domestic and foreign organizations.
A pioneer & trendsetter in his field
In 2011, we were the first in the Nordic countries to introduce a round-the-clock 24/7 service concept, with which we serve all business customers normally also outside of office hours by prior reservation, for example at night, on weekends and on holidays.
