HOURLY RATES (VAT 0%)

Hourly rates are valid on weekdays and Saturdays from 06:00 to 22:00. 
All prices are valid until further notice or for the specified period or year. We reserve the right to change prices, even during the season.

Nights & holidays

At other times from 22:00 to 06:00 and on Sundays, we charge occasional customers a call duty surcharge of +50% of the space's hourly rate.
On public holidays, the call duty surcharge is +100%.

Value-added tax (VAT)

Unless otherwise stated, all prices presented are exclusive of tax (VAT 0%).
The prices are subject to the prevailing standard Finnish value-added tax.

OFFERS

Introductory offer -50%

For those using our facilities for the first time, we grant a -50% introductory offer.

Seasonal offers -40%

During the low season, we grant a -40% discount on the normal list prices.
The low seasons are:

• Summer season 22.6. - 30.8.2026
• Autumn holiday week 12.10. - 18.10.2026
• Christmas and New Year's Eve 14.12.2025 - 17.1.2026
• Winter holiday week 22.2.2027 - 28.2.2027

Mondays & Saturdays -20%

For Monday & Saturday bookings, we grant a -20% discount on the normal hourly rate.

Offer terms

• The discount is calculated on the normal hourly rate.
• Valid weekdays & Saturdays from 06:00 to 22:00.
• Catering & other services are invoiced according to our normal price list.
• The discount cannot be combined with other offers or contract prices
• The time of the high season offer cannot be moved outside the offer period.
• Otherwise, the normal change and cancellation terms apply.
