Meeting Park gives its tenants 50% commission for the sublease of the vacancy of the premises in question.

02 front smAs an entrepreneur-driven company, Business Meeting Park Ltd. wants to help make it easier for its tenants to cope with the financial challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the under utilization and cost pressures of leased premises.

As a result, Meeting Park has already expanded the limited option introduced in 2014 to include premises leased from Meeting Park (offices, workstations and meeting facilities) in the Meeting Park space selection and reservation system for further subletting on behalf of the tenant on a time basis. In this case, the tenant can further increase the efficiency of their own use of space and reduce their own fixed costs, and even earn on their own vacant workplaces and rooms.

For subleasing the tenant's rooms and workstations, Meeting Park will reimburse 50% of the hourly rent charged as commission on a monthly basis. The tenant is not entitled to sublease their premises independently, and all subleases must be made by Meeting Park.

All Meeting Park's facilities are located either on the so-called public side available to all customers and guests, or on a secure private side, which can only be accessed by Meeting Park's contract customers, who are e.g. subject to the same obligation of professional secrecy.
