Meeting Park's services will continue in a new form (companies) and new premises. Meeting Park Group Ltd, which owns the Meeting Park trademarks, concept and systems, will now continue its business through its new location-specific companies.

Meeting Park OASIS Ruoholahti to Close Operations on June 30, 2025. However, all events scheduled up to and including June 27, 2025, will be carried out normally in accordance with our service promise – professionally and with genuine care. * Update (7.5.): According to a press release published by the City of Helsinki on Wed. 7.4., the property, currently used mainly for the Meeting Park OASIS location, would be demolished and replaced by several apartment buildings that would house commercial premises and apartments for approximately 700 residents.

Meeting Park KAMPPI will cease operations - contracts expire on 31.5.2025

Business Meeting Park Oy Ltd. will close the Meeting Park Kamppi location at the end of May 2025. The ongoing renovations of the Kamppi property, together with the weakening vitality of the Helsinki city center and the increasingly prolonged or deepening recession, no longer provide the financial conditions for conducting a profitable meeting business at the Kamppi location.

Business Meeting Park Oy Ltd. will cease operations at Meeting Park Kluuvi location at the end of February 2024. 

Meeting Park gives its tenants 50% commission for the sublease of the vacancy of the premises in question. As an entrepreneur-driven company, Business Meeting Park Ltd. wants to help make it easier for its tenants to cope with the financial challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the under utilization and cost pressures of leased premises.
