Meeting Park KAMPPI will cease operations - contracts expire on 31.5.2025.
Business Meeting Park Oy Ltd. will close the Meeting Park Kamppi location at the end of May 2025. The ongoing renovations of the Kamppi property, together with the weakening vitality of the Helsinki city center and the increasingly prolonged or deepening recession, no longer provide the financial conditions for conducting a profitable meeting business at the Kamppi location.
In the future, we will focus on strengthening the growth of the over 6,100 m2
Meeting Park OASIS located in the Ruoholahti metro station property.
CONSEQUENCES

BACKGROUND
The Finnish economy has still not recovered from the pandemic and the recession caused by the war in Ukraine, and now the expanding tariff and trade war initiated by Trump, has increased uncertainty in the economy even more. There is real risk that the European and Finnish economies will fall into a deep recession, which would further worsen the already record-breaking payment delays and number of bankruptcies in Finland.
Despite the recession, Meeting Park's turnover grew by almost 50% last year compared to the previous year, for which we are very grateful to everyone.
The Meeting Park KAMPPI location was opened in September 2013, almost 12 years ago at Salomonkatu 5 C. Since then, since 2016, the location has been the subject of almost continuous renovations on the property, and there is no end in sight. Next would be the sewer renovation.
We, the owners, management, and staff, are extremely sorry for this situation and apologize for any disruptions and additional challenges this may cause.
